Initially the company concentrated on machining precision parts to plan. Due to market forces, our business shifted to the repair of excavation machinery and, in 1991, we developed our first quick hitch for excavators. With more than 25 years’ experience in the manufacture and sale of implements for excavators, we have a wide range of quick couplings, buckets, etc., and special implements such as the Xcentric Ripper, the Xcentric Crusher bucket and the Xcentric Screener bucket. At present we are market leaders, providing solutions for machines from 0.8 Tn up to 150 Tn. Covering 12.000 m² in total spread between 6 buildings: Metal plate processing plant for parts other than steel casting produced, welding, 4 machining plants, finished parts stocking warehouse and the assembling building.
The steel plate stock with an average of 500 Tn being processed, comes from SSAB and it is used for all our products except for the most important parts of the Xcentric Ripper which are cast steel produced.
In building 2 we assemble and weld all our products comming from the metal plate processing plant, following a strict order with operators qualified for each production stage.
The machining of all the parts that go to form our equipment is done in installations covering 3,000 m². We use state-of-the-art machining and turning centres to achieve quality parts in competitive times. A 3.000 m² warehouse stocks a full range of finished equipment, before they go to the assembling plant, where the production management for our group, our sales office and the R+D+I technical development department are also carried out from.
